OUR NEW SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
We know that during the COVID-19 pandemic our customers and employees are concerned about their health and safety, and so are we which is why we make it our first priority to ease the minds of all. Since we are considered an ‘essential service’ we will continue to serve our customers by taking the necessary measures to deem the safety for all.
Below are our procedures in response to COVID-19 and instructions that have been given by secular authorities.
All employees are working remotely to ensure the safety of all and following social distancing guidelines.
All service vehicles are being sanitized with disinfectants that are known to kill coronaviruses after each service lessening the possible spread of the virus.
Before arriving at your home we will call you to ensure the estimated time it will be to perform your service.
We are mainly doing exterior pest services however, if you request an interior service or its required our exterminators will where the following PPE:
- N95 or Respirator Mask
- Eye Protection
- Shoe Covers
To promote safety to all of our customers we are including our ViraBGone disinfectant and sanitation services for free if we have to enter our home. This will be a two step process where first we will wipe down wherever we have to touch and then spray in the area that we are in to avoid a spread of the virus. By using only EPA approved disinfectants this is the only way this can be possible.
